BioXFEL Conference 2022

The National Science Foundation BioXFEL Science and Technology Center is pleased to announce that it will be hosting its ninth annual international conference virtually February 8-10, 2021. Our annual External Advisors Meeting will be held Monday, Feb 7, 2021.

The annual International BioXFEL Conference brings together experts in a variety of fields (structural biology, physics, biochemistry, and more) to discuss the most recent advances in structural biology using X-ray Free Electron Lasers (XFELs). The conference features talks by leading scientists in the field, a poster session, as well as networking, and professional development opportunities.

Poster Session:

A scientific poster session will be held with posters available for viewing all three days online.  You will be assigned a day and time to be online ready to present your poster.  You will not be required to present all three days.  

Poster abstracts are eligible to be considered for short talks at the meeting.  If interested, please indicate on your registration form.  All abstracts are due Nov 1 to be considered.  All other poster abstracts will be due Dec 15.  Please submit to Erin Uppington, This email address is being protected from spambots. We will be utilizing the platform Gather for this session.  For basic instructions on its use CLICK HERE.  A link to our specific space will be sent to attendees prior to the event.  You will be able to interact with poster presenters, meet in small private groups, and view posters outside session hours.  A short tutorial will be given on Day 1 of the meeting.
