BioXFEL members Thomas Grant (University at Buffalo) and Guillermo Calero (University of Pittsburgh) will be giving talks on "The Applications of Emerging Methods of Structural Biology" at the 75th Annual Pittsburgh Diffraction Conference. The conference will be held at Indiana University of Pennsylvania on October 19-21, 2017.  Preceeding the PDS conference, a GSAS-II workshop will be held on Wednesday, October 18th.

• Neutron Powder Diffraction of Magnetic Materials, Powder Diffraction from Nanoparticles
• Monitoring changes in Materials Properties through Diffraction Methods
• The Applications of Emerging Methods in Structural Biology
• Structural Analysis using Atomic Pair Distribution Functions as well as Powder diffraction studies of Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs)
