The National Science Foundation BioXFEL Science and Technology Center is pleased to announce that it will be hosting its sixth annual international conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico January 28-30, 2020. Our annual External Advisors Meeting will be held Monday, Jan 27. 7th BioXFEL International Conference Agenda & Abstracts Write Winning Grant Proposals Workshop Agenda Poster Competition:A scientific poster session will be held with posters available for viewing all three days. A poster committee will be judging posters during the session and the award will be announced on the final day of the conference prior to closing remarks. Posters should be 30h x 40w inches landscape. If you have a larger poster already printed that you would like to use please email the conference organizer to ensure there is a board of your size available. A poster template can be found here. In addition, a selection of abstracts will be chosen to give short talks. Poster abstracts will be accepted until November 15, 2019 and may be submitted to Erin Uppington. Abstracts received after this date may still participate in the poster session but will not be considered for a short talk. For abstract formatting standards please click here. Accommodations:The conference will be held at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Room rates are $249 per night plus taxes and resort fees for either 1 King with balcony or 2 double beds with balcony. Book your room using our group rate HERE.
