8th BioXFEL International Conference
The National Science Foundation BioXFEL Science and Technology Center is pleased to announce that it will be hosting its eighth annual international conference virtually February 2-4, 2021. Our annual External Advisors Meeting will be held Monday, Feb 1, 2021.
The annual International BioXFEL Conference brings together experts in a variety of fields (structural biology, physics, biochemistry, and more) to discuss the most recent advances in structural biology using X-ray Free Electron Lasers (XFELs). The conference features talks by leading scientists in the field, a poster session, as well as networking, and professional development opportunities.
Dr. Sabine Botha (Arizona State University) & Dr. Matthias Frank (Lawrence Livermore National Lab)
A scientific poster session will be held with posters available for viewing all three days online. You will be assigned a day and time to be online ready to present your poster. You will not be required to present all three days.
In addition, a selection of abstracts will be chosen to give short talks. Please indicate if you would like to be considered in your registration. Poster abstracts will be accepted until November 20, 2020 and may be submitted to Erin Uppington. Abstracts received after this date may still participate in the poster session but will not be considered for a short talk. For abstract formatting standards please click here.
